We will accept any product (except custom made ropes) in its original package for up to 30 days from the date of shipment. We stand behind our products and all products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship. Within the 30-day warranty, we will repair and/or replace parts or products that are defective in materials or workmanship. After the expiration of the 30-day warranty BuyJumpRopes.net reserves the right to use discretion in repairing and/or replacing parts or products that are defective from normal wear and tear and/or abuse of the product.
