I highly recommend this great video for jumpers of all ages and ability levels. All jumpers will be challenged by the skills Rene presents. Rene is a world champion who has mastered the art of rope jumping. Challenges include: unique rope throws/catches, dance inspired rope manipulations, turns, movement across the floor, and much more. Rene has performed and coaches with the famous Cirque Du Soleil.
