Description
A Fast Freestyle & Fitness Rope
Long handle rope features a special thicker freestyle cable that is a little slower and more flexible (and much more forgiving) than standard jump rope speed cables. A great choice for competitive freestyle jumpers or intermediate jumpers trying to practice and improve double unders.
The kink-resistant, tangle-free cable makes this a great rope to throw in your gym bag, and the long handles make it versatile for any type of workout. Use indoors or with a jump rope mat to improve cable longevity. For a more beginner-friendly, outdoor freestyle and fitness rope see the Fit+.

Sizing
USA made cable comes in a 10 foot length. One size fits all. Will fit anybody up to 6' 6" tall. Resize for your purposes according to our sizing guide. Cut off the extra cord after adjusting the cord with the adjustable screw/collar system.
