Kit includes components for making 25 Spark Speed jump ropes. A durable speed rope for double unders or speed jumping that makes a good addition to any gym. Features "ultra light" plastic dowel for speed. No ball bearings.
Kit Includes
- 50 Spark speed rope handles. (Handle size: 5.35" long / 0.6oz weight (each handle) / .87" diameter at end)
- 25 nylon coated 3/32" speed cables (made in USA). 10ft long. Kink resistant.
- 25 adjustable screws for quickly sizing ropes
Indoor jump rope only. Do not use on abrasive surfaces. Use a jump rope mat to extend the life of these nylon coated speed cables.
Sizing
Cables come in a 10 foot length. One size fits all. Will fit anybody up to 6' 5" tall. Resize for your purposes according to our sizing guide. Cut off the extra cord after adjusting the cord with the adjustable screw/collar system.
